We are a team of industrial automation veterans and AI researchers on a mission to bring predictive intelligence to every factory floor in India.
India's industrial backbone — chemical plants, refineries, food factories, pharmaceutical facilities — runs on rotating equipment: pumps, motors, fans, compressors, turbines. When these machines fail unexpectedly, the cost is staggering.
Yet 70% of Indian plants still wait for machines to break before they act. Not because they don't want to do better — but because existing predictive maintenance solutions are either too complex, too expensive, or take months to deploy.
Skorosys was built to change that. We combine edge AI sensors with cloud intelligence into a plug-and-play system any plant engineer can use from day one — without a data scientist on the team.
Deployment in days, not months. Our plug-and-play philosophy means plants see predictions from day one — zero integration projects.
We don't build generic AI. Every model, every alert, every recommendation is tuned for the specific failure modes of Indian process manufacturing.
Our users are plant engineers, not data scientists. We build software that speaks their language — clear alerts, not dashboards full of charts to interpret.
A wrong alert costs credibility. We train, test, and validate every model rigorously before deployment — and measure ourselves on false-positive rate.
Priced for Indian industry, designed for Indian infrastructure, built by engineers who've walked the floors of Indian plants.
Our edge sensors and cloud ML engine improve over time — every installation makes the models smarter for every customer.
Two engineers united by a shared frustration with industrial downtime — one building the business, one building the technology.
Ujjwal is a mechanical engineer and business strategist with 10+ years in industrial automation and IIoT. He has led software engineering teams at ANCA CNC Machines and done design engineering at Kennametal. Holder of an Executive MBA from Masters' Union (Chairman's Award, Dean's List), he leads Skorosys's commercial strategy, customer relationships, and operations.
Varun is a Product & Industrial Digitalization professional with hands-on experience across Rockwell Automation, Portainer, and Hochschule Stralsund's Control Systems Lab. He has built IIoT ecosystem bundles, productized edge AI solutions, and deployed digital twins across EU manufacturing clients. Currently pursuing M.A. International Innovation Management at Hochschule Stralsund.
Whether you're a plant manager looking to eliminate downtime, or an investor interested in India's predictive maintenance opportunity — we'd love to talk.
